I’m prepping for my chat with the rapper/singer/songwriter, K’la while listening to her new mixtape, “The Coldest Winter Ever”. A interesting combination of ghetto sensibilities with conscious principles that make for a easy listen. Her single, “All Your Love”, sampled the famed song by Bob Marley entitled “Turn Your Light Down Low”. “All Your Love” has been all over Atlanta radio along with her remix to “Sex Room” called “How Do I Feel”.
