The 5th annual Red Stripe Music & Food Festival is here! It’s now a two day event for those who are suckers for free events with food and music.

Feel like escaping to the beach, but don’t want to deal with the troubles of planning a vacation? Dig your toes in the sand of Downtown Decatur tonight for the annual Beach Party. Celebrate the start of summer at the famous Ponce Beach with 60 tons of sand, two live bands, dancing on the plaza, a food court, cold beverages and guaranteed great times for all ages!
The Beach Party welcomes headliner Yacht Rock Schooner to help Beach Partiers “get smooth” and slip into a gentle groove for dancing and relaxing on the plaza.

You can rock out in Atlantic Station’s Central Park every Friday evening with live music featuring some of Atlanta’s best local bands. Each week an up-and-coming artist or group will take the stage for a free concert. Performances will range from country to jazz to blues.

Tonight, they present The Buggs- a Beatles tribute band.

If you’re not in the mood for the Beatles, we can relax in Marietta Square’s Glover Park for a free Juneteenth concert featuring live jazz and R&B music as well as spoken word performances. The Juneteenth Concert + Celebration on the Square will take place at Glover Park in Marietta.

Juneteenth (June 19, 1865) is considered the date that the last slaves in America were freed.
