According to TMZ.com, the NYPD is looking for Rihanna after she was videotaped tattooing her initial and an umbrella on 3 fans without a license!
Apparently, unlicensed personnel could cause infections and other health problems if the procedure is not done properly.
The NYC Health Department just told TMZ: “Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this.”

We’re told RiRi tattooed three of East Side Ink’s artists with umbrellas and the letter R. None of her pet projects cared that she didn’t have a license — but the NYC Law Department does.
They say Rihanna could be slapped with three misdemeanors for the offense, each with its own hefty penalty — as much as $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third.
Sources say the tattoo shop could also face considerable fines of its own if the NYC Law Dept. decides to open an investigation.

X17online.com sent their paparazzi airborne in a helicopter to capture the first pics of Joseph Michael Jackson Jr., aka Prince, 13, the eldest of the three children Jackson raised as his own.
Last week a judge granted Michael’s mom Katherine Jackson, 79, temporary guardianship over Prince and his siblings Paris-Michael Katherine, 9, and Prince Michael II, 7, aka Blanket.
The three kids are with Mrs. Jackson at the Encino mansion where Michael grew up after moving from Gary, Indiana.
According to TMZ.com, Prince and Paris’ biological mother, Debbie Rowe, is making noise about fighting for custody of the kids she once said she didn’t want. The identity of Blanket’s biological mother is unknown.

So Kanye directed Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” video. And with the way Mr. West’s videos have been lately, you would have excepted the work he did for Drake to be a bit more artistic. However, it’s not similar to any of the 808 videos. Here is a bunch of women bouncing more body parts than basketballs in a gym and locker room. Even the the time-out talk is perverted but still comical. Not to say it is a completely awful video, I’m pretty sure guys love it. But for the women viewers, there might be some disappointment.
