WOW.. REALLY??!! IS IT REALLY THIS SERIOUS? I have already been DREAMING about the Iphone 4G, and literally was about to cry when I heard it was SOLD OUT. Lense & Mini tripod to go with it??? . . . puts the icing on the cake. Technology is mos def wilding out, and in this case.. it’s for the good.

sidenote: my birthday is today and if anyone is feeling mighty generous, & loves me much.. this would be the best present.

Combine augmented reality, a helicopter and an iPad/iPhone and you get the AR Drone from France based Parrot. The helicopter has four fans that allow it to fly in any direction. It streams video from the cameras mounted on its front and bottom back to the controlling device. The software on the phone includes controls to increase and decrease the altitude of the drone and tilting the phone controls the motion. It will be available in the U.S. in September for $299.

This iPad craze is influencing all the other tech companies. Wacom’s got a new device, Bamboo Touch. The Bamboo Touch is a small tablet input for navigating, scrolling, zooming and rotating. Compatible with your PC or Mac. If you’re a laptop user, I would compare it to using an over-sized trackpad. Retailing at only $49 on Wacom’s website.
