Gorillaz mastermind Damon Albarn got Andre 3000 and James Murphy into a London studio last September to record fast-funk freakout, “DoYaThing” for Converse’s Three Artists, One Song series. 3000 delivers a euphoric, minute-long freestyle, rhyming sploooshy sploosh with blooopdie bloop. He also offers the uniquely-ATLien diss you ain’t Willie B., referring to the silverback gorilla who lived at Zoo Atlanta for almost 40 years.

This is an unofficial video of Jeezys private listening party that took place at Patchwerks studio in Atlanta. Its been a while since Jeezy has held the reigns of the city (Lose My Mind) but with TM 103 slated to drop (finally) on Dec. 20 he just might be back busting through with a strong debut single featuring Jay-Z and 3 stacks. Artists Nelly, Luda, Akon, Keri Hilson, and Common came through in support. This is the first record since 30 Something we’ve heard Jay and 3000 on the same track. Who do you think is nicer?

Chris Brown, Drake, T.I., Kanye West, Fabolous, Andre 3000: it’s a mouthful to say, but an earful to listen to on a track! Yes, this is the Deuces Remix!!! The features are listed in the exact order as they appear. My personal favorite was 3Stacks and Ye at a close second. T.I.’s part should have stayed locked away, no pun intended. Chris says only a whisper compared to his contribution on the original track. Fabolous tries to step up to the crowded plate, but only the ‘bish’ part caught my ear’s attention. Drake‘s opening lines did not disappoint, due to the topic of the track and his infamous lyrics about the opposite sex. Yes yes yes!! You can judge for yourself by taking a listen and grabbing the track below. You may think totally different than me. Enjoy!!
