“Beauty Trapped in the Dark”, also going by the name “Beaute Piegee dans la Noirceur”, features the highly popularized “cross tee” created by the homie Jalil Peraza. This latest short film, takes a dark, almost sentimental look on the significant image of the cross. The entire video leaves you wondering its creative impact. Featuring Jalil Peraza, Great Scott, Frendy Lemorin, and Peter Eliason. Part Two is on its way.
Directed, Produced, & Edited by Simon Davis.

I like this woman’s work. There is a contrast of isolation and agression in these figures that I can identify with on a very human level.
