New collab from A-Trak & Dillon Francis drops off visuals for their new single “Money Making” features a ATM Machine has a token to New York by storm, the clip begins in a bodega convenience store features P-Thugg of Chromeo who assume the role of repairmen for the broken ATM Machine for the clerk. The Machine goes out liking to dance the streets of New York. The track works well with the fun and spontaneous humor in the video, electronic back in production, infectiously bouncy upbeat track, to get you up in the morning for work, dope song and some many cool people, Action Bronson, Chromeo, made an appearance.

When I first heard Calvin Harris’ “Feel So Close,” I was a bit skeptical of the overly-poppy hook, but I’m unashamed to admit that the tune has an undeniable knock and head rock. Harris’ vocals and THE perfect bass line team up to create a sugary gem that will undoubtedly be on repeat for the day for those who funk with this! The video, set in a small desert town with contrasting characters provide a good insight to what the people of “The Hill Have Eyes” lived like before their untimely doom lol (shoutout to the honorary black dude aka the only black dude aka the first to die)

A.ware and I found out about these guys a few weeks back and they been on constant rotation every since. Definitely sets a good mood for the upcoming summer with there vintage sound and modern pop twist. Cults is comprised of young duo/couple Brian Oblivion and Madeline Follin from San Diego, California. They only started making music a few months back in their free time and just sharing their music with family and close friends. Their reception from other music blogs has been as warm as their soothing music. Pitchfork describes their nostalgic psychedelic melodies as being simultaneously influenced by 50?s and 80?s pop songs.

The Greedmont Park Art Contest is still going down and WIDE open till Sunday, when all submissions are due by Midnight. The theme is simple… Design a mash-up of Tron inspired movie poster advocating the reckless drinking and drug use. (drug-free entries will be automatically disqualified.) It will be called Tron: Inebracy… a World were everyone is wasted! Use your best judgment!!
We’ve got some GREAT submissions, and we got some DUMB ones too… but more good than bad. I decided to throw my hat in the ring, to set and example how to GET IT DONE. [see artwork above].
