Antony Crook brings us a short film about a cyclist x boxer from Tokyo, with music from the Scottish band Mogwai. A mix of artistic elements and a persuasive story which is bound to be a shocker by the end of the 6:29 minute film. I couldn’t believe it, don’t think you will either? Trust me.

Lately, Mitt Romney’s haunting high school memories have been catching up on him. He has been responding to this week’s talk on “gay-marriage” (i.e. Obama support of same-sex marriage) and personal position on marijuana from a conservative viewpoint. Tamron Hall, MSNBC anchor, interviews the conservative columnist Tim Carney on Mitt Romney’s campaign and response. Tamron holds her views whileas Tim Carney targets the media tricks of “hyping” up stories to convey the public. The shutdown begins 5:20.

In this “live & aflame” session, Akua Naru commands the mic and performs like the genius she is; powerful emotions and intelligent rap, something we all been missing. With that title alone, I’d already be intrigued in what VICE decided to do this time. So, Shane from VICE Media sneaks into North Korea, stating that it has be one of “hardest and weirdest processes VICE has ever dealt with. In North Korea, if you get caught being a journalist when you’re supposed to be a tourist, you go to jail, or worse. Our rare footage is some of the craziest ever captured, providing an honest look inside the hermit nation.” Some interesting footage, I was definitely scared for them. Catch Parts 1, 2 & 3 (more…)

Coachella decided to exchange last year’s Kanye performance with a Tupac resurrection (aka hologram), featuring Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, we get a near death experience. I’m guessing this will be a trend, mark my word.
