Matt Martian and Syd the Kid bring us a mellow, jazz-infused track with their latest “Give It Time“. Syd’s voice is sultry and, together with the guitar, feels almost like a sweet lullaby. This track is definitely not something you’d expect from the Odd Future cohort but if I’ve learned anything about Odd Future through their music over the years, it is to expect the unexpected. Plus, they’ve got Mike Einziger from Incubus playing guitar. Their newest Feel Good EP will be released in December.

It’s kind of strange seeing a Toro Y Moi song being remixed since, y’know, he’s usually the one doing the remixing. However, Toro Y Moi and OFWGKTA have always had a a great musical relationship that has resulted in a few “Best of…” lists. His latest single “So Many Details” gets a refreshing and relaxed R&B sound with a verse from Odd Future’s Hodgy Beats. This remix was released as part of a special Record Store Day 7″ that will be available on November 23 (Black Friday).
Anything In Return, Toro Y Moi’s third album, will be available January 2013 on Carpark.

The Florida native’s current stop is Atlanta, GA- the home of Peachtrees and sweet, sweet, sweet tea. Clad in all black with sunglasses on deck and custom cutoff shorts that match (boy, you know what comes next…), Kilo Kish effortlessly captivates her audience as she floats her way to the stage and grasps the microphone. The last act of the night, her performance begins just like her EP does- melodic and mellow.
“Your head is on my pillow/ I’m thinking of where this could go/ I’m slowing down the tempo/ your eyes so black, they’re like the universe to me/ I think that what I’m trying to see/ Is if you have enough to be/ every part of every thing…”
During down time of the current record, she surprises spectators by placing the microphone in front of a random fan’s face.
“Say whatever you want.”
“I love you…” Is all he can muster up.

This Video is fucking chaotic. Odd Future’s Lionel of Loiter Squad announced today that Odd Future Records has signed California hardcore band Trash Talk.
“So them muthafu***** ova at Odd Future records done signed a fu***** group of crackas and ni**** in a hardcore punk band called Trash Talk. I mean it makes sense since Odd Future fans is them white ni**** anyway. Trash Talk is supposed to be releasing they album called “119? or some sh** thru they Trash Talk Collective Label in the fall.. don’t ask me what the f*** that means cuz I don’t fu***** kno. I asked Tyler’s trick ass what he thought about that sh** and I really didn’t give a f*** so I’m not gone put that sh** on here. Them Trash Talk ni**** is currently over in Europe with them musty muthaf******.
