According to Billboard, the seventh studio album from rapper Eminem will sell up to 700,ooo copies by the end of tomorrow, making it certified gold and the best sales of an album since October 2008!!! Personally, with tracks such as ‘Cold Wind Blows’, ‘No Love’ with Weezy, and lets not forget the Rihanna feature ‘Love the Way You Lie’, I’m gaining more love and much respect for the rapper with each listen. It’s worth the purchase, so cop a couple for yourself and friends!! Congrats to Em and everyone in his camp!

So, what do we think of Rihanna dressed as Slash?

Greatness! I’ve never been crazy about Rihanna, but lately, I’ve had a slight of change heart (I blame it on her stylist).  Her new video “Rude Boy” is absolutely amazing! Check out the Baby-G’shocks around her wrist worn as a bracelet,  that insane LaQuan Smith bodysuit, and those neck-pieces  British artist, Ebony Bones wears (pictured below). The Keith Haring/Grace Jones inspired scene is also a great touch! The overall coloring reminds me of the Ray-Ban Colorize ad.  So much pop culture jam packed into one music video. Then I was thinking to myself Major Lazer should remix, and in fact Diplo has already done it! you can hear it here at Fader.

According to TMZ.com, the NYPD is looking for Rihanna after she was videotaped tattooing her initial and an umbrella on 3 fans without a license!

Apparently, unlicensed personnel could cause infections and other health problems if the procedure is not done properly.

The NYC Health Department just told TMZ: “Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this.”

From TMZ.com:

We’re told RiRi tattooed three of East Side Ink’s artists with umbrellas and the letter R. None of her pet projects cared that she didn’t have a license — but the NYC Law Department does.

They say Rihanna could be slapped with three misdemeanors for the offense, each with its own hefty penalty — as much as $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third.

Sources say the tattoo shop could also face considerable fines of its own if the NYC Law Dept. decides to open an investigation.

So the LAPD isn’t too happy that TMZ posted those pictures of  Rihanna on the internet here’s what they said:

“The photograph [of Rihanna] has the appearance of one taken during an official Domestic Violence investigation..

The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence. The Department launched an immediate internal investigation and subsequently filed a personnel complaint. 

A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination … Anyone with information concerning the unauthorized release of the photograph is asked to call, during regular business hours.”

Somebody might get fired over there…
