As March 8th rapidly approaches, Lupe Fiasco prepares for the release of his long awaited album, Lasers. While on a promotional tour, he stopped by Clark Atlanta University to give deeper insight into his new project. What many expected to be a small listening session and concert turned out to be a discussion/interview on issues around the world as well as in the black community, through the eyes of Lupe Fiasco, and how, as a Hip-Hop artist, he’s pushing listeners to become active. I’m not a fan of Trey Songz, I admit. I am, however, a huge fan of Nicki Minaj’s. Trey’s latest R&B effort called, “Bottoms Up” is the regular, boisterous chant you’d expect hear on your local R&B/Urban radio station, but Nicki gets a bit crazy. Not many know that Nicki Minaj is a theatre geek, but it makes sense when you hear her easily go from gloating about cars and Lil’ Wayne to doing charity work in Haiti to impersonating a late Anna Nicole Smith; this woman is a problem under a green wig. Enjoy the song you won’t be able to get away from for the next year below!

First single off Passion, Pain, and Pleasure, the next album from the r&b panty dropper. Up-tempo beat and Miss. Minaj are the key elements to this track. Plan to hear this one on the radio…alot! YUUUP!
